So get this, I surf the net one day, trying to find some info on My Sister's Keeper, which by the way, still is one of my all time favourite book, only to find that the movie version would have a different ending from the book! I mean WTH??!! What's the point of adapting the book to the silver screen in the first place if you're gonna change the ending, which possibly may alter the whole plot?!! Seriously! I absolutely LOVE this book with all my heart so you can imagine how frustrated I am with the news. The book itself was perfect just the way it is, why the sudden change?! I think the best part of My Sister's Keeper was the ending because its not how you imagine it would be. The ending totally caught me by surprise. I still remember how I bawled reaching the end of the book wishing the end would be different somehow but still, I think its the perfect way to end the book. Okay I admit, I may be blowing things out of proportion considering that the movie still hasn't come out yet and maybe the new ending will be a much better one, but still, I kinda wanna see the old ending. Who knows, maybe no one will die in this one *Oops spoiler di situ* I guess I just have to be patient then. Wait for it to come out and whack the director if the ending is not to my liking kan?

I paste the trailer here so you should check it out. Another thing that kinda bugs me about this movie is Abigail Breslin. I don't know about you guys, but I don't think she's suited for the role. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against her in fact I think she's a terrific actor. Remember her performance on Little Miss Sunshine? That one earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Even though she lost to Jennifer Hudson for Dreamgirls, to be nominated at her age was a pretty amazing I'd say. Aaaanyway, I always Imagine Anna Fitzgerald to be someone who's really strong. Emotionally strong. I don't know why, but my head was kinda stucked with Amy Davidson from 8 Simple Rules as Anna. She may be old but she has that strong, redhead look I always pictured Anna as. If you've read the book, then you'll know why. *Wait was Anna a redhead in the book?? Can't remember* SO like I said, I just don't get that 'Anna' vibe from Abby.

Nevertheless, I look forward to seeing the rest of the cast, especially Cameron Diaz. I think this would be my first time watching her in a serious role rather than a ditzy, dumb blonde she used to potray. Overall, I must say this would be on the top of my summer's MUST WATCH movie list, along with Harry Potter HBP. Hope they have a great soundtrack for this one, not just for the trailer. Vega4's Life is Beautiful was a perfect choice for the trailer, don't you think so? You can never go wrong with that song! Such a powerful song from such a short-lived band. A shame actually. Anyway, what do you think? Will you watch this movie or just wait for the torrent? Hoho
